Buy a bottle. Take one capsule a day. If after two months you do not think it is doing anything for you, contact us and we will refund what you paid.
What we ask
Give it a fair run. Most men say the basics settle in around week three or four, so judging it after five days does not tell either of us much. Beyond that, there are no hoops.
What we do not ask
- You do not need to return an empty bottle.
- You do not need to explain yourself at length.
- You do not need to have bought it in any particular way.
How to claim
Email us from the address you ordered with, include your order number, and say you want to use the guarantee. We will confirm within one business day and put the refund back on your original payment method. Banks usually take a further three to five business days to show it.
The limits, plainly
The guarantee covers one bottle per customer, the first one you buy. It runs for 60 days from the day your order is delivered. If you bought several bottles at once, unopened ones can go back for a refund as well within that window.
Damaged or wrong item
That is not a guarantee claim, it is our mistake. Email us and we will replace it or refund it straight away.
