Every Vireo order ships from our fulfilment partner in the USA.
Processing
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are picked the same day. Orders after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.

Duties and taxes
Orders outside the USA may attract import duty or tax on arrival. That charge is set by your country and is the recipient's responsibility. We cannot calculate or refund it.
Tracking
Your dispatch email carries the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it.
Something wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, or tracking has not moved in seven days, email us and we will sort it out. Nothing about that counts against your 60-day guarantee.
